Build Your Booking Request

Choose your date and send us your rental details. No public pricing.

Submitting opens a prepared email in your device's email app. You must send it to complete your request. Live calendar availability, online payments and automatic confirmations require a connected booking service.

Before you book

Rental Policies

Security deposit. A refundable security deposit is collected and returned after items are returned and inspected, less any applicable charges.

Nonrefundable booking deposit. Booking deposits are nonrefundable. This is separate from the refundable security deposit.

Payment deadline. Full rental payment is due before pickup.

Late returns. $20 for each hour rentals are returned late.

Delivery. Flat $30 up to 20 miles; flat $40 over 20 miles within our approved service area. Delivery location is subject to confirmation.

Setup. Optional setup fee varies based on items booked and services requested.

Damage or missing items. Charges are deducted from the security deposit; any remaining amount due must be paid by the renter.
